Andrew's 2nd Birthday!

We were lucky enough to get the one beautiful day in the middle of two solid weeks of rain. How appropriate! We had a picnic lunch at the park with my DH and my mom, and I took Andrew on his first carousel ride. He wasn't sure about it at first, but eventually he relaxed and started enjoying it. I love this picture.



His gift from Mommy and Daddy was a super cool Radio Flyer tricycle! I think it'll be a while before he gets the hang of pedalling, but in the meantime he can coast along while we push.



The cake, made by yours truly with love. What else could it be but a dump truck?



This year, he didn't cry during "Happy Birthday." After he and Daddy blew out the candles, he couldn't resist sticking his finger in for an early taste.



He also had a little party at daycare. How freaking cute is this??
